An application for a foundation contribution from the Asmi Nardo Foundation must be made using the form below. We kindly ask you to fill in this form and send us the required supplements in a zip-file or PDF as an attachment.

Collaboration with other foundations with the aim of jointly supporting a larger project is possible.

Please note that the foundation bases its awarding activities on the following funding criteria, among other things, so make sure that the entry includes one or more of these criteria. In particular, Asmi Nardo wished to provide financial support to organizations that promote the rights of animals - mainly dogs and Greyhounds - and their protection and well-being.

• The project is entirely or includes the sustainable solution or alleviation of a condition that causes animal suffering.
  • Animal shelters have to devote themselves to the castration of the foundling animals they have housed, to take part in additional activities on strays and to refrain from taking in animals with the aim of transporting them to other (economically better off) countries. Based on the will of the foundress, shelters and rescue centers for greyhounds are exempt from the castration obligation; 
  • Educational measures, especially in animal-unfriendly countries, will be taken into  consideration, as well as rabies vaccination projects to promote animal and human health;
  • Within the legal animal protection, the foundation supports projects to alleviate animal suffering in legislation, application and training, also with the aim of specific measures and bans on cruel practices on site.

In addition, the following also applies:

• No paid fundraisers were used to prepare and submit the project application; 
• The annual accounts must be attached to the requests for funding, which are only to be submitted electronically. In the case of multi-year projects the request must be submitted annually. A report on the use of funds must be made and sent to the Foundation.

The Board of Trustees decides once a year on the larger awards.

Anyone who receives a contribution from the foundation agrees that their institution is mentioned on the website.
